Soft washing is high volume low pressure cleaning, using bleach as the main active chemical. I apply at a 5% solution or less, allow the chemical to eat the mold and mildew, and rinse clean.

Currently using an Industrial 12000 Honda Powered portable unit, with direct hookup 4 GPM minimum up to 3000 PSI.
